TIP TO PREVENT SOGGY PASTRY:
Whilst still fresh, place the pie in a plastic bag or tub, freeze as normal. Then leave in bag or tub until fully defrosted.
Excellent presentation and flavour.
A slightly stronger box would be good,
As it is the strength of the pastry,
that saves it from damage.
Wont be buying anyone elses pork pies they are the most beautiful tasting pies and the pastry is outstanding we have ever tasted

Crisp pastry and super seasoning with pies giving quite a peppery bite - delicious
Pork pies are well seasoned, great pastry and pork filling delicious plus jelly inside PERFECT - BEST I HAVE EVER TASTED !!!!!!
